He however had to wait for team mate Cliff Nyakeya to open the scoring after seven minutes of play before adding Ingwe’s second goal twenty minutes later as the visitors took a 2-0 lead into the interval.
Omune and Nyakeya would trade goals after the restart to double Leopards lead before Omune, starting this game ahead of Ojo Olaniyi, scored two goals in the 87th and 89th minutes to see Leopards register the biggest win of the season so far.
Thursday’s other clash saw Wazito and Posta Rangers share the spoils in a 1-1 draw at Kasarani Annex. Sammy Odera opened the scoring for Rangers with a 1st minute goal before Collins Neto responded for the Muhoroni based side in the 63rd minute.
